Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact CaneCreme as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refund Review
Refunds or replacements will be reviewed case by case. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original online payment method through the payment provider.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests can be made before the order is packed or dispatched. Once an order has moved into fulfilment, cancellation may not be possible.
